However if a therapist besoms concerned about risk of life (to the client or from the client to others), they will discuss these concerns with you first when possible. In some cases the therapist may be obliged to inform the appropriate professionals.These circumstances include money laundering, terrorism and child safeguarding issues.
If the client wishes the therapist to disclose information regarding client’s state, condition or therapeutic progress with another professional(s), the client must sign a “Permission for Information Disclosure Form”. If the therapist has concerns that the disclosure of information may not be for the best interest for the client, the therapist may refuse information disclosure.
All materials with contend from the therapy sessions,sessions for personal development, results from psychological assessment, testing and reports will be shared with the client ONLY.
We store on our system the information and data from your enquiry/referral form, psychological tests results (if any),and correspondence ONLY for the time you are receiving service from us.
